Terms of Service

Effective August 29, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using Gryz — reachable at gryz.ai and, during the current brand transition, grtwo.app ("the Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Gryz is a product of GRTwo Digital LLC. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Gryz("we," "us," "our").

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you publish on Gryz — Markdown, HTML, SVG, CSV, Mermaid diagrams, JSON, and Notes are all supported content types, and we may add more over time. By publishing a document or note, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, serve, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (i.e., delivering it to anyone you share the link with).

We do not claim any editorial rights over your content. We do not read your documents except when required to investigate abuse reports or comply with legal obligations.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to publish it and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to publish or distribute:

  • Content that is illegal under applicable law, including material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
  • Content that constitutes harassment, stalking, or threats of violence against specific individuals.
  • Spam — bulk publishing of low-quality or unsolicited content.
  • Content that facilitates the sale or distribution of controlled substances, weapons, or stolen data.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts associated with serious or repeated violations, without prior notice.

Our Acceptable Use Policy gives category-level detail and examples for each of the above and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Content moderation & review

To keep Gryz safe and useful, we operate automated and manual review of published content. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, withhold a document from the public Explore feed and from search indexing while it is pending or undergoing review. A document withheld in this way generally remains reachable at its direct link; it is simply not promoted or indexed until the review clears.

Where a document is withheld or removed and you have an account, we will provide a notice explaining what happened, which part of these terms or our policies applied, and how to request a further review.

Repeat violations lead to publishing restrictions. If content associated with you is repeatedly withheld or removed for violating these terms, we may restrict or suspend your ability to publish, limit your account to review-before-publish, or terminate your account.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gryzand GRTwo Digital LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claim, loss, liability, demand, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (1) content you publish or transmit through the Service; (2) your breach of these terms; or (3) your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

We may, at our own expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You may publish documents without an account; they will be associated with an anonymous publisher token stored in your browser for 7 days, during which you can claim them by creating an account.

When you create an account, you authenticate via a one-time magic link sent to your email address, a password you set, or Sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address and those accounts secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised email, password, Google, or GitHub account.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts in bulk.

Subscriptions & billing

The Service offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Pro at $5/month, Pro Plus at $15/month). Tier limits and features are described on the Pricing page. We may adjust pricing or feature limits with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

You may cancel at any time via your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full paid-tier access through that date. All monthly subscriptions are billed in full and are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. We will attempt to notify you by email.

Downgrade policy. When your subscription downgrades (by cancellation, payment failure, or plan change), documents you created under the higher tier that exceed the lower tier's storage limit are not deleted immediately. They enter a 30-day grace period: they remain accessible and publicly visible (if public), but cannot be edited or have their settings changed. After the grace period, documents over the limit are permanently deleted, starting with the oldest. We will send you an email reminder before any deletion occurs. Re-subscribing before the grace period ends cancels the scheduled deletion.

Takedowns & enforcement

Anyone can report a document using the report button on its page. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms at our sole discretion.

If you believe content on Gryz infringes your copyright, contact us at info@grtwo.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing content and its URL, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond promptly.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and comply with legally valid subpoenas or court orders.

MCP / API access

Any Gryz account holder may generate API keys to access the Service programmatically via an MCP-compatible interface; this is not limited to paid plans. Programmatic access is subject to plan-based rate and usage limits. API keys are hashed before storage — we cannot recover a lost key. You are responsible for all usage under your API key.

You may not use the API to circumvent rate limits, scrape the Service, or access other users' documents beyond what the standard interface permits. We may revoke API access for abuse without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee that documents will be available at any given time or permanently retained.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRYZ, A PRODUCT OF GRTWO DIGITAL LLC, OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DOCUMENTS — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Content published by other users. Gryz is a hosting service for content that its users create and publish. We do not author, endorse, or pre-approve user content, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for content published by other users or for any loss or harm arising from your reliance on it. We rely on the protections of applicable safe-harbor and intermediary-liability law for that content — in the United States, Section 230 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), subject to its statutory exceptions.

Nothing in these terms limits our obligations that cannot be limited by law, including our duty to report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, our obligations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and any applicable duties under the EU Digital Services Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will email account holders and ask you to review and accept the updated terms the next time you sign in or publish. The updated terms take effect for you when you accept them. If you do not accept, you may stop using the Service; continued use after accepting constitutes acceptance. For anonymous use, the current version applies and is presented for acceptance each time you publish.
