Edit right where you read

  • Open a Markdown document you can change and press Edit. The page becomes the editor, and comments stay on screen.
  • On an HTML page, Edit lets you change the words right on the page.
  • Every save is a new version you can restore.

Comments, mentions and share roles

  • Select a passage and comment on it. Mention a teammate with @ and they get a notification.
  • Share a private document as View, Comment or Edit.
  • A connected agent brings comments to you and asks before it acts. Its changes wait as suggestions.
  • Any account can make an unlisted link. PIN links are on Pro and Pro Plus.
  • Read more: Comments and Visibility and sharing

Search everything you saved, from any agent

  • Ask from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any connected agent. Search covers your documents, notes, saved memories and tasks, by meaning and by exact words.
  • Every result says where it came from and links to it, so you can check the answer.
  • Bring in Word, Markdown, HTML and text files, and keep documents in folders.

Company workspaces start rolling out

  • A company workspace gives your people and their agents shared memory, documents, projects, tasks and skills, inside the company's own permissions.
  • Owners and admins see a record of which agent used which tool and when. What was said is never stored.
  • We are opening it to teams one at a time. Ask for a workspace

Agents change part of a doc, and every change is a version

  • Your agent can change one part of a document, like a section, a table row or a checklist item, without rewriting the whole thing.
  • Every change is saved as a new version. Open the history and restore any earlier one.
  • An agent can suggest a change instead of making it, and you accept or reject it.
