Overview
Gryz pricing is built around what you need to keep private, how long links last, and how large your files are — not how many public pages you publish. Public documents are unlimited at every tier, including anonymous visitors who never create an account.

For teams and individuals who publish private content regularly and need richer formats.
Everything in Free, plus:
- 50 KB per document
- 50 restricted documents
- Unlimited Notes and collections

- Public links: default 30 days, max 30 days
- PIN links: max 30 days
- Two-factor authentication

Pro Plus — $15 / month
For handbooks, permanent changelogs, and workspaces that outgrow Pro’s private quota.
Everything in Pro, plus:
- 100 KB per document
- Unlimited restricted documents
- 200 custom vanity URLs
- Permanent public links by default (optional expiry still available)
- PIN links can be permanent when you opt in
- Priority support and early access to new features
Typical use: Public documentation site, long-lived reference files, unlimited invite-only archive.

Billing and upgrades
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. Gryz does not store card numbers — checkout and the customer portal are handled by Stripe.
Upgrade from your dashboard
- Sign in at gryz.ai.
- Open Account → Billing (
/account/billing/). - Choose Pro or Pro Plus and complete checkout.
- Your tier updates immediately after payment succeeds.
If you are not signed in, create a free account first — MCP and the dashboard do not require a paid plan.
Manage or cancel
From Account → Billing you can:
- View your current plan and renewal date
- Open the Stripe customer portal to update payment method or cancel
- See when access ends if you canceled at period end
Canceling stops future charges; you keep paid limits until the end of the current billing period.
Downgrades
If you downgrade with more restricted documents than the new tier allows, Gryz does not delete existing docs. New restricted publishes are blocked until you are under the new limit or you delete or convert documents.
What you are not charged for
- Number of public documents
- MCP tool calls (within fair use; see Terms)
- Auto-generated eight-character slugs
- Signing up for a free account

If you are unsure, start on Free and upgrade when you hit a concrete limit — publish errors name the tier and capability that blocked you.
