Which publishing path should you use?
Publish anonymously for the fastest temporary public link. Sign in when you need a dashboard, restricted or PIN sharing, JSON, interactive HTML/SVG, or MCP/API access. Choose Pro for larger files, CSV/Mermaid, and custom URLs; choose Pro Plus for 100 KB files and permanent public links by default.

Anonymous HTML and SVG render without scripts. Any signed-in account can publish interactive HTML/SVG inside Gryz's sandboxed document viewer.
Choose visibility
- Public: anyone with the URL can open it. Eligible content may appear in discovery surfaces, but publication does not guarantee placement.
- PIN-protected: signed-in publishers can require a four-digit PIN without requiring the viewer to have an account.
- Restricted: only the owner and explicitly invited, signed-in viewers can open it. Restricted documents are permanent and count toward the owner's private-document quota.
CSV and JSON cannot be Public at any plan level. Use PIN-protected or Restricted instead.
Other decisions
- Custom URL: available on Pro and Pro Plus; otherwise Gryz creates an eight-character slug.
- Expiry: omit it to use the plan default. A shorter supported duration can be selected; requests beyond the plan maximum are clamped.
- Anonymous ownership: keep the browser session that published the document. Signing up from that session can claim eligible anonymous documents into the account.
- Safety checks: every publish path applies content validation, size/tier gates, and moderation before returning a document.
